Painted in black and metallic black to give it a metal look also has metallic silver throughout to give battle damage look . .The item has light scuffs throughout the armor.The item is clear coated to protect the paint job. . I'm close to 6"1 160 pounds. The elastic can be attached over shoulder or over shoulder in a x style.
